These Terms govern your use of Bright Wellness Health's health and wellness management services, member portal, and website. By enrolling in a membership or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing our website, enrolling in a Bright Wellness Health membership, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are enrolling a dependent, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.
Bright Wellness Health provides coordinated health and wellness management services, including but not limited to:
Bright Wellness Health is a care management service and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel:
Refunds are issued on a prorated basis for unused full months remaining in a prepaid annual plan. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing cycle but will not renew.
Bright Wellness Health facilitates access to healthcare services and coordinates your care, but does not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on their professional judgment. You are encouraged to seek second opinions and make informed decisions about your care.
Telehealth consultations involve the use of two-way audio and video technology to deliver clinical care. By using telehealth services, you acknowledge that:
All content on the Bright Wellness Health website — including text, graphics, logos, and care plan materials — is the property of Bright Wellness Health and protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Wellness Health's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the total fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages arising from the actions of third-party providers we coordinate with.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bright Wellness Health harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hughes County, South Dakota, unless otherwise required by federal law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
